Hind Rajab, Almost 6 Years Old, Gaza, Palestine: Dead

 ...that asked the question:

 "Who pulled the trigger on Hind Rajab?

Who pulled the trigger on her wounded cousin,

Layan Hamadeh, just 15-year-old?

Who fired the bullets that killed uncle and aunt?

Who sent death to collect all three cousins in the fleeing car?

What did the news say when their bodies

rose up from the fire to condemn this wretched world?

Who drove the tank

and who pointed the weapons?

Who loaded the guns and who paid

for the ammunition, the American shells,

the moving and immovable parts?

And who sleeps safe in their bed

each night these small children are driven,

like beasts, to their slaughter?

 

And who, endlessly, lectures us on human rights

from an English parliament, an American university, a German

holocaust memorial?

And, finally, who are these madmen-and-women

screaming antisemite antisemite

every time i blow my nose?

 

So I ask again:

who pulled the trigger that killed Hind Rajab, almost

6 years old, from Tal al-Hawa district, in southern Gaza City,

January 29, 2024?"

"This report, alongside the Al Jazeera documentary What’s Hidden is Greater, exposed the identities of more Israeli soldiers responsible for the attack. The program traced the details of the military unit responsible for the attack, revealing that it was:

• The 401st Armored Brigade, under the command of Aharon,
• Specifically its 52nd Battalion, led by Colonel Daniel Ella, and
• The unit, reportedly known as Vampire Empire, commanded by Officer Sean Glass, who boasted that his soldiers did not “wait for      ”

According to Al Jazeera, Glass not only ordered the shelling of the family car but also targeted the ambulance sent to rescue the survivors...

The complaint also includes 22 identified tank crew members of the same company who directly participated in or facilitated the attack.

In the Al Jazeera Arabic documentary, the Hind Rajab Foundation publicly revealed the identities of the commanders and tank crew member Itay Cukierkopf.

Remember the names.

Remember the faces.

 Never forget 5-year-old Hind Rajab. Never forget 15-year-old Layan Hamadeh. Never forget their families. Never forget all Palestinians killed in this senseless slaughter."

"One day after the broadcast of the Al Jazeera Arabic documentary “Tip of the Iceberg” — in which the Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) revealed the identity of the Israeli battalion, company, and commanders responsible for the killing of six-year-old Hind Rajab — the Foundation has submitted a 120 pages Article 15 filing to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague.

This new filing names 24 Israeli soldiers and commanders responsible for the killing of Hind Rajab, six members of her family, and two Palestinian Red Crescent paramedics, Yusuf al-Zeino and Ahmed al-Madhoun, who were deliberately targeted while attempting to rescue her on 29 January 2024 in Gaza City."
